By using our services or website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Payments
1.1 Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after the mandatory advance payment is received.
- Confirmation email/receipt will be issued by WEDDFLIX EVENT LLP.
1.2 Payment Terms
Standard Structure (unless specified otherwise):
- 50% advance at booking
- 40% 10–15 days before event
- 10% on event day (before execution)
Destination weddings & large business events may require 70% advance.
1.3 Accepted Payment Modes
- Bank Transfer
- UPI
- Credit/Debit Card
- Online Payment Gateway
All payments must include applicable GST.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate event details
- Adhere to payment timelines
- Acquire necessary government licenses/permissions, if required by venue
- Provide timely approvals for decor, entertainment, production, and designs
- Ensure access to venue for setup as agreed
Failure to comply may delay production or result in cancellation.
3. Service Delivery
3.1 Scope of Work
- Signed agreement
- Approved proposals
- Finalized scope shared via email/WhatsApp
3.2 Changes & Add-ons
Any request outside the approved scope (additional décor, artists, technical equipment, venue changes) will incur additional charges.
3.3 Venue Responsibilities
- Venue policies, restrictions, or last-minute changes
- Venue staff, facilities, and management issues
4. Vendors & Third Parties
- Catering vendors
- Decor teams
- Photographers
- Artists & performers
- Venue management
- Technical teams (sound, lights, LED, production)
Once vendors are booked, their fees become non-refundable, as per industry standards.
5. Travel & Destination Events
- Client must provide final travel dates at least 45–60 days before
- All travel, stay, meals for crew must be arranged/paid for by the client
- Visa delays, flight issues, or hotel policies are not our responsibility
6. Cancellation, Refund & Reschedule
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies in full and is deemed part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Website Content
Content on our website (images, text, designs, videos) is owned by WEDDFLIX EVENT LLP and may not be used without written consent.
7.2 Event Media
- WEDDFLIX may feature event photos/videos on its website, social media, or marketing materials.
- Clients may request in writing to restrict such usage.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Delays due to weather, traffic, natural calamities
- Guest behavior or accidents at the event
- Vendor delays outside our control
- Loss of personal items
- Venue mismanagement
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the concerned service.
9. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold WEDDFLIX EVENT LLP harmless against any claims arising from:
- Guest disputes
- Venue damages
- Legal violations
- Misconduct at the event
10. Governing Law
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi Courts, India only.
11. Policy Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Latest version will be available on our website.
